When Do You Deliver?

All deliveries are Mondays between 4:30-8:30pm. If you require another delivery time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.


What if I am not home to accept delivery?

You do not need to be home to receive our delivery. 


Orders are packed in special thermal reusable insulated bags and can be left in a safe place for up to 3 hours.  No one is required to be home to accept the delivery. 

When ordering tell us where you would like the food left. We request that you provide us with instructions for a secure, shaded place to leave your meals.

If you live in a building be sure to include the buzz code and building instructions for delivery.  


How do you package your meals for delivery?

Our meals are delivered in an insulated cooler bag packed with icepacks.


How do I return the Cooler Bag?

Returning our cooler bags will allow us to keep our costs down and to continue providing our customers great pricing for our meals. We also like to be environmentally friendly!

· At time of delivery and your home, you can return the cooler bag to driver.

· If you are planning to reorder from us, you can return bag to driver at your next order. 

· Otherwise, email us at and we’ll make arrangements to pick up the bag.

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $3.95 per order and free over $150.00 before tax.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of $45 required before tax.





Allergen Information

Although we do not include eggs, mustard, peanuts, fish, sesame, soy, sulphites, tree nuts and wheat in our pureed baby food we do prepare all food in a certified shared commercial kitchen and cannot guarantee that there will not be cross contamination with these allergens.


How long does the baby food last?

Each container you receive will be marked with a best before date for fridge storage and last up to 60 days in the freezer. Once a container has been opened we recommend consuming the food within 2 days, or by the best before date.

Uneaten portions of food that have had a utensil dipped in it while eating should be discarded.


How do I heat the food?

Place our organic purees in the fridge overnight to thaw if frozen. 

To serve we recommend:


1) Place the container in hot water for a few minutes until desired temperature is reached;


2) Remove desired amount and heat in small pot on the stove;

3) You may also choose to serve the food cold; OR 

4) Microwave your desired amount in a microwavable bowl on high for 8 seconds. Be sure to stir and check temperature before feeding as microwaving can cause  uneven temperatures in food.


If there is any food remaining after your little one is done eating, you can enjoy it yourself or throw it out.

Can I freeze the baby puree food?

Yes.  We recommend freezing and stocking up!  

Our packaging is freezer safe.

As the food is made fresh, we recommend freezing upon delivery if you don’t intend on feeding your baby before the best before date marked on the container. 

Baby food will last up to 60 days in the freezer.

How should I store food from Lil' B Gourmet?

They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days at a temperature of 4˚C (40˚F) or lower or in the freezer at a temperature of -18˚C (0˚F) for up to 4 weeks.

How should the meals be heated?

Meals can be reheated in the microwave, oven or stovetop. Detailed reheating instructions are provided with each meal.  Cook times may vary depending on your kitchen appliances. 


Where do you prepare the meals?

All our meals are prepared in a certified commercial kitchen.





Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellation requests need to be submitted to before Saturday at 8pm to receive a full refund. 

How frequently do you change your menu?

We are constantly experimenting with new recipes so be sure to check our menu every week. You can also subscribe to get updates on new items and promotions.

Do I have to commit to your service?

No, there is no set up fee or service fee.  You order as needed.  We do advise stocking up on your favorites that can stay in the freezer up to 4 months.


Can I send your meals as a gift?

Yes! Our meals are ideal for new moms and busy families! Contact us and we can accommodate your request. You can also purchase a gift card.
